Our Story

With 10+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, the two brothers have taken their expertise in the kitchen and behind the bar, and expanded their once small Macha business, into a large-scale virtual eatery and expanding quickly. They have been partnering with many local Toronto bars/lounges, sharing their love for Mexican cuisine with the community.


THE SAUCE THAT STARTED IT ALL.

During the COVID pandemic 2020, and after being laid-off from his Sous-Chef position at 'Bar Buca', Abel started crafting 'Classico Macha' (a Mexican oil-based-salsa made with dried chillies and peanuts) just as a side gig. Without realizing, this lead Classico where its now positioned.

Nowadays you can find 'Classico Macha' and 'Classico Morita' at different stores around Toronto.
